Background:
Sarah has BSc (hons) Psychology from University of Nottingham(1994); MSc Human Factors in Manufacturing Systems(1995) PhD. Manufacturing Engineering and Operations Management,(1999). Her Thesis title was "Virtual Reality Induced Symptoms and Effects (VRISE): Methodological and Theoretical Issues".

Current Research
Sarah is involved in methodological development, statistical analysis and evaluation work in Virtual Reality Applications Research Team (VIRART). She is involved also as a researcher on Incidence of VRISE in use of desktop and projection screen display systems project, involved in experimental design, data analysis, user survey, study of user behaviour and classification of Virtual Environments and involved in evaluation of VE for entertainment preview application, and assessment of intelligent maintenance system.
