Background:
Dr. Tim Brailsford is a lecturer in University of Nottingham's School of Computer Science and MSc dissertation coordinater.

His background is in Biology and Bioinformatics, although his research interests are varied : educational multimedia and hypertext, and the use of IT to support learning - be it local, distance or distributed. He is also particularly interested in adaptive hypermedia, and how content can be adapted to facilitate pedagogic goals.

Current Research
Dr. Brailsford is currently working on the Geospatial Learning Framework with CGS, specifically the implications of Geospatial Hypertext in learning and security environments.
