Research summary

This project explores the experiences of subsistence consumers in accessing healthcare systems, with a focus on the vulnerabilities they face and the strengths they leverage. By immersing in rural villages in Sri Lanka, researchers examined how consumers navigate multiple healthcare systems and the risks they encounter due to limited financial and social resources.
