Section 4 - The Secretary to Council

The Council shall appoint an individual from within the University Executive who will perform the role of Secretary to Council. The Chair of Council shall be a formal part of the annual appraisal of the Secretary to Council. The ultimate responsibility of the Secretary to Council is to the Chair of Council.
