Introduction to Flow Cytometry (currently online)

Open to University of Nottingham staff and students, this free course is designed to provide a foundation knowledge in flow cytometry. There are approximately five instances per year.

Flow Cytometry Data Analysis - Basic Concepts and Use of Software (currently online)

Open to University of Nottingham staff and students, this interactive group session will give an introduction to flow cytometric data analysis and will provide an introductory guide to the use of Kaluza analytical software. There is one class each month.

Dates of sessions and bookings can be made here.

Attendees should ideally have performed some flow cytometry already. Each session is online where you will work through and analyse example data which will be provided. You are welcome to bring examples of your own data to share. There will also be a discussion of the appropriate statistical tools and considerations for presenting flow cytometry data.

Introduction to Flow Cytometry - Midlands Innovation Universities

This half day training course is designed specifically for staff and students of the Midlands Innovation Universities. With two online theory sessions and one live practical demonstration it gives participants a firm grounding in theory and execution of flow cytometry.
