Midlands Innovation Flow Group

Our vision is to bring together expertise in flow cytometry from across the Midlands and increase the awareness of facilities available to all MI institutions. The groups annual event attracts over 150 researchers from across the MI group showcasing research undertaken with flow cytometry and provide training opportunities.

Annual Meeting

Our latest meeting took take place on Tuesday 27 March 2018, at the Aston Webb Great Hall, University of Birmingham. 

We heard from leading academics and commercial flow specialists from across the Midlands providing expert talks in cutting edge flow cytometry techniques and related research.

Congratulations to our poster prize winners Sven Hoekstra (1st prize) and Alex Jenkine (2nd prize).

Courses and Training

We offer a one day Introduction to Flow Cytometry course for staff and students of Midlands Innovation Universities.
