Students can contact us via the Student Enquiry Centre, where you can also access a range of answers to frequently asked questions:

We aim to respond within five working days of receipt. 

 

Call-back service

Students in a Student Services Centre

We offer a call-back service on Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 10am and 1pm during term-time.

This is an opportunity to discuss more in-depth queries with a senior team member.

To book a slot simply contact us via the Student Enquiry Centre (https://student-enquiries.nottingham.ac.uk/) and enter the following information:

  • In the Ask a question section type "Call-back request"

  • In the I want to ask about section select "04. Financial Support"

  • In the Tell us more section give a very brief explanation of your query, just so we can check we're the best team to help

  • Click Submit

We'll then be in touch via the Enquiry Centre with details of how to arrange the call-back.

The call-back service resumes on 23rd October 2023
