Students can contact us via the Student Enquiry Centre, where you can also access a range of answers to frequently asked questions:

Call-back service

Students in a Student Services Centre

Starting in term 3 we are offering a call-back service on Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 10am and 1pm. This is an opportunity to discuss more in-depth queries with a senior team member.

To book a slot simply contact us via the Student Enquiry Centre (https://student-enquiries.nottingham.ac.uk/) and enter the following information:

  • In the Ask a question section type "Call-back request"
  • In the I want to ask about sectionselect "04. Financial Support"
  • In the Tell us more section give a very brief explanation of your query, just so we can check we're the best team to help
  • Click Submit

We'll then be in touch via the Enquiry Centre with details of how to arrange the call-back.

Please note, we cannot answer questions about missing or incorrect tuition fee charges. Please contact the Fees and Charges team via the Student Enquiry Centre.
