Pharmaceutical sciences facilities overview

Our labs help you to develop your practical and data analysis skills to prepare you for various careers in pharmaceutical science. This ranges from early-stage drug discovery to early-stage clinical trials and product improvement.

For example, in chemistry labs, you will learn how to synthesise drug molecules, which prepares you for careers in drug discovery. In bioscience labs, you will learn skills and techniques for the pharmacological analysis of drug molecules. And in pharmaceutics laboratories, you will learn about formulation, such as tabletting and the preparation of creams, and the testing of the product specifications.
