Yes, the degree title will have “year in Data Analytics and AI” included in it. For example, “BSc Hons Psychology including a Year in Data Analytics and AI”.
No. The modules for the add-on “Year in Data Analytics and AI” will appear on your transcript, but will not affect the classification of your base degree.

Yes, international students can add the “Year in Data Analytics and AI” to their degree course, if it is on the list of eligible courses. However, if you have a student visa you will need to apply for a new visa at the time of transferring to the course with the add-on “Year in Data Analytics and AI”.
No – student visa holders will need to apply for a new visa before starting the add-on “Year in Data Analytics and AI” (at the end of year 2). Due to the student visa requirements, the application for the new visa will need to be made from overseas. You will need to pay for the student visa application fee and immigration health surcharge. Please contact the Visa and Immigration team if you need further information regarding the impact of this course change on your student visa.
