Room bookings

University of Nottingham Staff Members

Room bookings may ONLY be made through this website by members of staff of the University of Nottingham. Activities for which rooms can be booked are:-

• Teaching for University of Nottingham modules and courses
• Meetings related to the operation or management of University of Nottingham Schools or of the University itself
• Academic, Research Meetings, Conferences lasting no more than one day

Departments wishing to make bookings for events outside of the teaching period more than 18 months in advance and any conference lasting over a day should notify Nottingham Conferences.

Student Bookings

All student bookings must be made throught the Student Union office, situated in the Portland Building - B-Floor. Contact number is 68748. 

NUH Room Bookings

NUH staff members are able to book the Medical School rooms, using the room booking form.

General

Users of teaching areas should find teaching rooms to be in good condition and complete with functioning equipment, as specified at the time of booking. If this is not the case, please direct your comments/queries to the following:-
