Multi-programme plan
For organisations looking for a mid- to long-term partnership, we can also develop a multi-programme plan. Work with us to establish a training and development plan for new and aspiring managers, functional and middle managers, and senior leaders that incorporates multiple programmes delivered in series. A multi-programme plan can be tailored to different skills and learning needs depending on career stage or the strategic challenges that people face.

In 2024, we delivered a Leading and Change Management workshop for staff from Uniper's Ratcliffe-on-Soar power station, to help them lead effectively during a period of change. In 2025, Uniper's training coordinators reached out to us again to redeliver the programme to another group of their staff.
National Institute of Bank Management
We partnered with the National Institute for Bank Management in Pune, India, to create a programme on AI and Climate Risks in the Banking and Finance Sector. Designed for senior executives in banks and financial institutions, it explored the impact of technology and climate change on bank-specific risks.
Mitsubishi Chemical Group
Mitsubishi Chemical Group approached us to develop a programme on overcoming barriers to innovation. The result was an interactive workshop in which participants used the Ingenuity Process to develop strategies and action plans.
In 2024, we were approached to create a programme on 'Digital Leadership and Innovation for Public Sector Transformation' for a group of senior public officials from the Malaysian Government.
