Teaching
In the Work, Organisation and Management Department we have a shared understanding of the importance of sustainable and ethical behaviour in the workplace.
At the heart of the department is a commitment to shaping the future of work through innovative, research-led teaching underpinned by three research priorities:

- Strategic management, innovation and organisational change for sustainable futures
- Public services, policy, and governance
Teaching is delivered by leading researchers from our vibrant research communities including the Work, Employment and Organisation (WEORG) research group, the internationally recognised Centre for Health Innovation, Leadership and Learning (CHILL), and the Africa Research Group. Our programmes are designed to develop your critical, analytical, and ethical thinking skills, which are essential for navigating today’s complex organisational challenges. You’ll also gain a deep understanding of management practices, including human resource management and strategic management, all within an international context that prepares you for leadership in a globalised world.
