City as Lab has a growing collection of shared digital and data assets that support placed-based research and public engagement.

These include:

a giant physical 3D map of Nottingham that can be augmented with data projection
a high-resolution, digital 3D photographic mesh of Nottingham
the City Data Connector, a metadata catalogue with rich information on datasets about Nottingham and the surrounding region
powerful GPU-enabled PCs for graphics work
our unique, bookable City as Lab space on Castle Meadow Campus, which is ideally situated for project collaboration, exhibition and demos, and engagement with local partners and stakeholders.
