 Accessing the SLIM Fiji update server to access custom SLIM macros.

• Launch Fiji.
• Go to the following menu to launch the Fiji updater: Help->Update…  (Note do not choose ‘Update ImageJ’ etc…).
• In the ImageJ updater window that opens, click ‘Manage update sites’.
• In the window that opens, scroll down and select (tick) ‘SLIM-Notts’, then click close.
• Click Apply changes.
• Restart Fiji.
•  You will now find some new menus appear in Fiji, depending on what you are doing typically you will go to the SLIMcg menu and navigate to the macro you need.
