Research immunology in the Nottingham BBSRC DTP

Immunology focusses on the study of immunity in all organisms. Research in this programme will focus on individual cells, tissues and organs, as well as entire systems. It includes both animal and human immunology, immune responses to infection and developing methods of protecting immunity through vaccine development. Researchers also focus on the effects of health and diet and ageing on immunity, as well as host resistance to foodborne zoonoses.
