Research Details:
This thesis aims to examine the effect of change in stock return on a firms capital structure.
In addition, it aims at creating a complete risk profile to include market, business, economic and political risk and testing the effect of change in risks on a firm's capital structure.
This thesis offers an extended view to the determinants of capital structure to include the signaling effect (market reaction) of change in stock return and risk inherent by the firm's business surroundings on the determinants of debt financing
