Teaching timetable

You can access and view your personalised teaching timetable through myCal (where you can download your timetable to your phone or tablet device via Google/Apple/Office 365) or myTimetable (online master version)

For returning students your timetable will be released on Monday 17 September.

For new students your timetable will be available from Monday 24 September, but will continue to build as you pick your modules.

What you need to know

  • You'll need your University username and password to view your timetable.
  • New students will need to complete in person registration before their timetable becomes visible.
  • Your timetable will continue to build as module choices are made or changed at the start of term. Therefore rooms and session times may change to accommodate these.
  • Please ensure that you check your timetable regularly (every 24 hours is recommended for the first 3 weeks of term) so that you stay up to date with any changes.
  • Once you've made a module choice or module change it can take up to 5 working days for this to show on your timetable.
  • While you wait for module changes to show on your timetable you can still find out where and when your lectures are taking place by using myTimetable.
  • If you want to check your module timetables you will need to know your module code.
  • If you are a Vet School student you will be provided with your timetable by your School.
