Spring Semester timetable information

If you subscribe to MyCal, please go to mycal.nottingham.ac.uk, login using your University username and password, and follow the instructions to continue receiving your timetable on your external online calendar.

When you submit a module change it will be processed and loaded, and the system will be refreshed before changes are visible to you. This time around it may take longer than usual for module changes that you request during the change of mind period to be shown on your online timetable.

In the meantime, if you are in any doubt about how to find out where and when a module that you have signed up to is running, please refer to the master teaching timetable to find out the details of class times and locations. You can also view the Timetabling Frequently Asked Questions for further information.

Please note that we are currently updating our student records system, so there may be some delay to the publication of your personal timetable, especially if you are changing your optional modules.

If your timetable is not updated by Friday 15 February, please contact the Student Services team.

What you need to know

  • You'll need your University username and password to view your timetable.
  • September new students will need to complete in person registration before their timetable becomes visible.
  • Your timetable will continue to build as module choices are made or changed at the start of term. Therefore rooms and session times may change to accommodate these.
  • Please ensure that you check your timetable regularly (every 24 hours is recommended for the first 3 weeks of term) so that you stay up to date with any changes.
  • While you wait for module changes to show on your timetable you can still find out where and when your lectures are taking place by using myTimetable.
  • If you want to check your module timetables you will need to know your module code.
  • If you are a Vet School student you will be provided with your timetable by your School.
