Alumni Insights Seminar: Can I have a word?

“CAN I HAVE A WORD?” – Has anyone ever said this to you? How did it make you feel?

'Sue...Sue Tonks' has been a leadership and management trainer for over 28 years, and has constantly spotted the exact time this important conversation can start to go wrong and fail to achieve the best results for both parties. In her book “Can I Have A Word” she brings you techniques to help get better results from these conversations at work, home, with children, and social groups.

In our session, Sue will show you – what to say and what NOT to say, and the way to create improved behaviour, performance or attitude. She will also discuss the importance of appreciation – when “thank you” is JUST not enough and how to follow up correctly keeping the momentum of change going.

This fun and enlightening talk will stay with you forever. Sue's sessions are always full of comedy and filled with easy-to-do and remember techniques to implement immediately.
