Fraud Warning
Students are being approached by individuals offering to pay their fees at reduced rates or under special conditions. Fraudsters may present themselves as legitimate agencies or associates, they may be a friend.
Never respond to these offers and always pay your tuition fees direct to University of Nottingham using the authorised payment methods below.

Pay online - UK Students
Making an online payment for student tuition and accommodation fees is quick, simple and secure through NottinghamHub, for payment by credit card, debit card or PayPal.
All fees are payable in UK pounds sterling (GBP). We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and PayPal.

We recommend that International and EU students needing to pay the University use the Nottingham Flywire site to make international payments to the University.

Card payments by phone
Card payments can be made Monday to Friday between 10am and 1pm UK time by calling 0115 84 66800
Card payments in person by appointment only at the University cashier office.
The cash office is open Tuesday,Wednesday and Thursday from 10am till 3pm UK time
To make a payment in person using a debit/credit card,Apple pay or Googel pay you must make appointment.
To do this send your email to cashiers@nottingham.ac.uk and quote in the email subject field appointment to pay fees. The team will them send you a appointment to come along to the cash office to process your payment.
Cheques & bankers draft
We will accept cheques or bankers drafts from UK bank accounts in UK pounds sterling (GBP).
Please make cheques payable to "The University of Nottingham"
On the reverse of the cheque or bankers draft please list:
- Student Full Name
- Student ID number
We cannot process cheques without this information.
