To access some of the following provisions, if you do not hold a photographic University keycard, you may need to produce photographic identification and a letter from JobZone confirming your engagement with us.
Facilities
Below is a list of facilities you are eligible to access during the length of your engagement:
- Hopper buses
- Car parking - associate permit or associate vouchers apply. Alternatively, a voucher can be purchased from the Security Offices at Hallward Library on University Park campus or the Main Building at Sutton Bonington campus. The voucher costs £2.50 per day, can be bought in advance and can cover more than one day. Please ask JobZone to email your Proof of Agency Engagement form to the Security Office before attempting to purchase a voucher.
- Staff Counselling Service
- Staff common rooms
- Day Nursery and Playcentre
- Prayer rooms
- Restaurants/canteens/catering facilities across the campuses
- Sports facilities - agency staff are entitled to membership at staff rates payable by monthly direct debit. You will need to present a Proof of Agency Engagement Form, issued by JobZone, together with additional photo ID, at the University Park Sports Centre.
- Toilets/shower facilities
- Libraries – associate membership applies.
Should you require hardcopies of the information retained within any of the above web links, due to lack of computer access, please raise with your University of Nottingham manager.
Where a waiting list exists in relation to access for a given provision, such as childcare services and staff counselling, you will have the ability to join the waiting list during your engagement. However, you will be removed from this at the end of your engagement.
