Borrow, renew and return

Everything you need to know about borrowing and returning books to our libraries.

Essentials

  • Hallward Library is open with revised opening hours for book returns and click and collect access to print resources only. Our other libraries remain closed for now. More about phased re-opening
  • Books can be returned to Hallward Library or the letterbox at James Cameron-Gifford Library.
  • Your library loans will continue to auto-renew. You will only need to return your books if they are requested by another user after we re-activate reservations. There is no confirmed date for this at present.
