Science in the Park 2024 in pictures!

Science in the Park 2024 was another incredibly successful event, with families across Nottingham taking part in fun and educational science-based activities at the beautiful Wollaton Hall. Check out this blog to see some of our favourite images from the event!

Science in the Park volunteers on the steps of Wollaton Hall

On Saturday 9th March, we delivered the 2024 Science in the Park in collaboration with Nottingham Trent University and our host venue Wollaton Hall.

We welcomed over 1400 visitors to the event, including families and children, who were able to enjoy a wide variety of STEM based interactive displays and exhibitions by scientists from both universities. Over 20 exhibitors took part, covering everything from elephant welfare to the solar system, dinosaurs to treating disease.

We were also thrilled to be joined by the Sheriff of Nottingham, Councillor Shuguftah Quddoos, who came to chat with our exhibitors and participated in the activities.

Check out some of our favourite pictures from this year's successful event below. If you want to get involved, make sure to look out for details of the 2025 event next year!
