Drop-in sessions

Our weekly academic drop-in sessions give you the opportunity to chat with an English for Academic Purposes tutor about queries and concerns you have about academic, language and communication skills.

Our drop-in sessions are 15 minutes each and offer expert guidance for:

succeeding on your written assignments (planning, drafting and revising)
effective preparation for exams and other types of assessments
effective presentation preparation (design, delivery and dealing with Q&As)
understanding and responding to tutor feedback
academic integrity and use of sources/referencing
