Applying for your university card
You will receive an email to your personal email address inviting you to apply for your university card approximately three weeks before your course start date. You’ll need to make sure you’ve completed online registration before applying for your university card.
If you can’t find the email in your inbox, you can use the instructions below to upload a photo and apply for your university card.
Apply and upload your photo
Before applying, make sure you have:
- A recent digital passport-style photograph of yourself
- Completed online registration
Your photo needs to be approximately 420x420 pixels, provided in .jpg format and must comply with the following requirements:
- Close-up of full head and upper shoulders
- Facing forward looking straight at the camera
- No hats or sunglasses
- No other objects or people
- Unaltered by filters
If your photo does not comply with the above or is otherwise inappropriate, you will be liable to pay a £15 replacement fee.
Log in below with the following credentials:
Username: Your unique Student ID number
Password: Your date of birth (DDMMYYYY)
You will be able to collect your university card from the following locations. Please note that cards will not be available for collection from these locations on Thursday 19 and Friday 20 September, or on Wednesday 9 October.
