From recruitment to retirement, technological advances are rapidly changing our working lives. With the McKinsey Institute predicting that up to half of all work activities globally could be automated by 2030, it’s not surprising that many of us feel apprehensive about what the future holds.

So what can we do to harness the disruptive opportunities this ‘Fourth Industrial Revolution’ will bring, and what role can universities play in preparing us all for jobs that don’t yet exist?
