Bio: Professor Simon Mosey works with students and individuals and involve them in the design and delivery of training events that will help them address the environmental changes they face. Doing this specifically in disadvantaged communities they can design, deploy and enhance innovation in those communities.

Simon's work led to the founding of Foodprint, Nottingham's first social supermarket and surplus food redistribution network. The supermarket in Sneinton is now used by 700 people each week and they have saved the equivalent of 132,921Kg in CO2 by taking on food that would otherwise go to landfill.
