In March, we are celebrating University Mental Health Day (UMHD). Our UMHD campaign will run from Monday 9 to Friday 13 March 2026.
Throughout the week, there will be opportunities for students and staff to engage in events and activities that aim to raise awareness of how human connection supports mental wellbeing, highlight what support is available and foster a supportive environment where students feel encouraged to prioritise their mental health.
