SBAR

At last there is a tool I can use and discuss at university and in placement/practice, that ensures everyone in the care profession can give and recieve relevant patient information. SBAR ensures best and safe practice even as a student nurse or newly qualified nurse. The resource was concise easy to follow and had relevant scenarios for my area of nursing practice.
