* If you are reliant on a Student Finance Maintenance Loan to pay your 2022/23 accommodation fees, please ensure a minimum payment of £250.00 (plus £250.00 damage deposit for students staying at Broadgate Park) is received by 07.09.2022, with the balance of your 1st instalment to be paid by 07.10.2022.
Alternative Accommodation 2022/23 Payment Plan Options
We are not able to arrange alternative payment plans or take payments for Students who will be staying at Bonington Student Village, Riverside Point, Raleigh Park, Hydrogen, Nottingham Two, Radford Mill, St Peters Court, Study Inn, University of Derby (Healthcare Students) and University of Lincoln (Healthcare students). If you are staying at any of these halls, you will need to contact the accommodation provider directly.
Undergraduates
Option 1 – Room Reservation of £250.00 (plus Damage Deposit of £250.00 for those staying at Broadgate Park) to be paid by 07.09.2022, with the balance of all accommodation fees to be split into 3 equal instalments due 07.10.2022, 18.01.2023 and 04.05.2023.
Option 2 – Room Reservation of £250.00 (plus Damage Deposit of £250.00 for those staying at Broadgate Park) to be paid by 07.09.2022, with the balance of all accommodation fees to be split into 9 equal monthly instalments payable October 2022 - June 2023.
Postgraduates
Option 1 – Room Reservation payment of £250.00 (plus Damage Deposit of £250.00 for those staying at Broadgate Park) to be paid by 07.09.2022, with the balance split into 11 equal monthly instalments payable October 2022 - August 2023.
