Bio: Dr Jenny Elliott developed the Outdoor Learning and Community Space on Jubilee Campus. This space operates as a site for research and investigation, opening up conversations about ecojustice, outdoor education, urban agriculture, food, and carbon neutral targets. The project involves a number of external partners, including business, Nottingham City Council and the general public. 

Jenny also worked with the local urban agriculture project to support their training needs, which was funded by Midlands Innovation. She has also worked alongside Cranfield and Warwick Universities to research into an Urban Agriculture Training Network, and undertaken a joint project with Nottingham City Council to explore food sovereignty within Nottingham.
