Triumph House, built in 2022, provides a variety of stunning studios and en-suite serviced apartments with hotel-like services located close to Jubilee Campus, the Queens Medical Centre, and only a 15 minute walk to University Park. Included is an in-house wellness spa, gym and entertainment area.

Every room comes equipped with a bed, large wardrobe, desk, chair, smart TV, bookshelves, noticeboard, desk lamp, personal door lock, coat hooks, and mirror. Rooms also have Wi-Fi.
Study Inn’s en-suite serviced student accommodation provides shared kitchens with all appliances and utensils including private fridge/freezer and storage, dishwasher, Nutribullet blender, wine chiller, rice cooker, and breakfast table/bar. Your living area provides comfy sofas, coffee table, large 55-inch smart TV and games console including games.
To finalise your offer you will be required to read and accept a licence/tenancy agreement and terms and conditions from your accommodation provider Study Inn. We highly recommend that you read this along with a parent, guardian, carer, or school representative, as this is a legally binding document. You will be accepting liability for the full tenancy length of 44 or 51 weeks a year including vacation periods. Once you have moved in you are liable to pay for the duration of your licence period.
The deadline for term one payment will be detailed in your accommodation offer and is due before your contract starts. Study Inn does not require a damage deposit or guarantor. If you will require a payment plan, are dependant upon Student Loan Funding, or have not secured your visa, you will be able to discuss arrangements direct with your accommodation provider.
Students who are reliant upon securing a Student route visa should not make any payment for their accommodation until the visa has been granted. If a visa has not been secured by the first payment date, please contact your provider to request a deferred payment date.

You will benefit from a hotel-like regular room cleaning service with towels and bed linen replacement.
