Students usually graduate at the ceremony following the successful completion of their studies. Award certificates are issued to students at the ceremony or sent to them afterwards if they advise the graduation team in advance that they will not attend. Students who do not proactively register as graduating in absentia will need to contact the Graduation Certificate Team in order to receive their award certificate.
Some students need their award certificate before their official graduation day, which can be months after their course ends. An inter-ceremony graduation procedure has been set up for students who need their award certificate more quickly. For further information see Inter-ceremony arrangements.
Ceremony dates and times
The graduation ceremonies will be held at The David Ross Sports Village on University Park campus.
Please note that the time listed is the time that the ceremony itself commences. Registration, robing and ticket collection take place well before this start time. Please allow sufficient time to travel.
