Taylese Wallace

Hello, my name is Taylese, and I am a Product Design and Manufacture student with a deep passion for creativity, problem-solving, and real-world innovation. From a young age, I found joy in drawing and hands-on modelling, but it was my desire to solve everyday challenges that truly ignited my love for product design.

Studying the subject at GCSE confirmed that this was the path I wanted to pursue. Since then, I’ve worked on a wide range of projects from compact devices to larger-scale products, always applying creativity, critical thinking, and clear communication to bring ideas to life.

My skill set now includes high-quality sketching, CAD modelling using software like SolidWorks, and producing photorealistic renders. I also enjoy creating custom artwork for clients and working on personal DIY projects that allow me to innovate and refine real-world applications.

Combining design with manufacturing has helped me ground my concepts in practicality and feasibility. Product design has shaped my mindset, sharpened my problem-solving abilities, and inspired me to make a meaningful impact on the world around me.

Looking ahead, I hope to thrive in this field, sharing my skills across industries and contributing to a more innovative and thoughtful future.

Kynas – Wearable steam cleaning

Kynas is pioneering the development of wearable steam cleaning technology through an innovative, dual-functioning system designed to be portable, versatile, and efficient. Specifically tailored for high-demand environments such as hospitals, care homes, rehabilitation centres, and gyms, Kynas Steamwear addresses the growing need for effective, sustainable cleaning solutions.

At the core of Kynas is its chemical-free cleaning approach, meeting the rising demand for eco-friendly alternatives to traditional chemical-based methods. This sustainable solution aligns with evolving industry regulations and hygiene standards, especially in commercial settings where stricter compliance is required. Kynas enables users to adopt more efficient, regulation-compliant practices without compromising performance.

Functionally, Kynas is engineered to enhance user experience and productivity. Its wearable design reduces physical strain by providing back support and minimising bending, thereby protecting users’ hands, backs, and arms. Shaped to fit the body, the system supports seamless movement, improving mobility and enabling faster, more efficient cleaning across multiple rooms.

One of Kynas’s key differentiators is its all-in-one system configuration. The integrated attachment cabinet, positioned at the rear of the frame, simplifies the process of storing, transporting, drying, and replacing attachments, enhancing both convenience and operational flow. Another standout feature is the LED temperature-responsive water tank, which uses built-in sensors to change colour based on water temperature, offering real-time visual feedback to ensure safe and optimal operation.

With a focus on performance, safety, and mobility, Kynas redefines the steam cleaning experience. It offers professionals the POWER TO CLEAN AND FREEDOM TO MOVE, a transformative step toward a cleaner, more sustainable future in commercial hygiene.
