Accommodation is included in all our Summer and Winter School packages, allowing you to stay, study and eat on campus for the duration of your time with us.

Summer accommodation

Our Summer School accommodation is located on University Park, the largest of our campuses at 300 acres, and widely regarded as one of the greenest and most attractive campuses in the UK.

Staying in our halls of residence, students will experience what life as a University of Nottingham student is like first hand. With each hall having its own unique identity, your specific hall allocation will be confirmed prior to your booking with an on-site team available to support your arrival.

You will have a private room with shared bathroom facilities and a range of catering packages available.  Our halls catering will allow you to experience a range of British foods whilst enjoying your stay with packages available to cover all meals, breakfast only or on a half board basis.

Winter accommodation

Situated on our Jubilee campus, our Winter School students will stay in one of our on-site hotels, nestled in a scenic lakeside setting right in the heart of campus.  With comfortable beds, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a specialist breakfast menu catered to your group requirements, we take every effort to ensure your stay with us is as comfortable and pleasant as possible.

As standard for our winter schools’ students will stay in together in our spacious twin rooms.  If single occupancy arrangements are preferred these are available for a supplement.

The site also features a 24/7 reception area with a team on hand to support your arrival on site.  The large open social spaces within the hotel atriums provide a welcoming space to relax and convene between learning sessions and meals.

For lunch and dinner, you will have the choice of one of our many on-site eatery options or explore one of the many off campus options that are all within close proximity, across the city.  We can even support with restaurant group bookings and reservations if needed.
