Contract
|
40 weeks a year. Once you have moved in you are liable to pay for the duration of your contract period.

If your course requires you to come earlier or stay longer than the contract allows, you can extend your stay by paying for extra weeks.
Booking Fee
You must pay a booking fee of £230 when you apply. You cannot be allocated a room without the payment of this one off, mandatory fee. It covers a range of services including your possessions insurance and your communications package for the year.
Room types
Every room comes equipped with a bed, built-in wardrobe, built-in desk, chair, bookshelves, personal door lock, phone, mirror, power sockets, and internet connection. Your communications package allows you to watch TV through your PC or laptop.
Please note: fees are for 2012/13 and include all bills - heating, electricity and water bills, personal contents insurance, broadband access, internal phone calls and Freeview TV.
