Varsity Beeston offers cluster rooms to 82 postgraduate students across 17 flats in a gated community. It is located 0.3 miles from the west entrance of the University Park. Varsity has a great balance between work and social life.

Every room comes equipped with a bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, bookshelves, noticeboard, desk lamp, personal door lock, coat hooks, mirror, and power sockets. Rooms also have Wi-Fi.
Each flat contains five self-contained bedrooms, two shared bathrooms, a living room and a communal kitchen with induction hobs.
Varsity Beeston is located 0.3 miles from the west entrance of the University of Nottingham Campus, a fantastic location for students at the main University Park campus.
To finalise your offer, you will be required to read and accept a licence/tenancy agreement and terms and conditions from your accommodation provider University of Nottingham.
You will be accepting liability for the full tenancy length of 51 weeks for postgraduates, inclusive of vacations. Once you have moved in you are liable to pay for the duration of your licence period.
Your first payment is due prior to arrival and should be paid via the Nottingham Hub (University of Nottingham Student Portal). Further details on how to pay your accommodation fees for term one can be found on the finance website. Please also see their alternative methods of payment if required. If you will require a payment plan because you wish to amend your instalments to three equal amounts or you are self-funding and wish to pay by monthly instalment, you will need to email Student Account Services on sas@nottingham.ac.uk
Students who are reliant upon securing a Student route visa should not make any payment for their accommodation until the visa has been granted. If a visa has not been secured by the first payment date, please email Student Account Services on sas@nottingham.ac.uk
You will need to bring your own bedding and covers or pre order a bedding pack with your provider.

To park at Varsity Students will need to apply for an orange zone permit. The criteria for an orange permit are, that students must live outside a 15 mile radius or have a medical reason for needing their vehicle.

Shared corridors and stairwells are cleaned weekly
You will book your arrival date and time during your accommodation induction, this is normally completed before your arrival. You will be emailed when you need to complete this induction.
Arrivals for 2024/25 will be Friday 20 & Saturday 21 September 2024
There may be some halls maintenance required in halls, any disruption will be kept to a minimum.
