UPP managed Halls - Albion House, Broadgate Park and Cloister House

UPP offer a variety of rooms across three halls, Broadgate Park, Albion House and Cloister House. These offer self-catered accommodation - where you’ll have the flexibility to cook your own meals in a wide variety of room types to suit all budgets. Their halls are situated around University Park and Beeston with a collection of over 40 student accommodation buildings and 4 different social spaces, creating a thriving student community amongst our residents.

In total, UPP have 9 room types, including Standard Bedrooms and Ensuite cluster flats, ranging from 3-8 rooms per flat. UPP also offer Ensuite Studio rooms, which are perfect for students who like their own space and the convenience of having all the facilities they need in one flat.

Live in the heart of Beeston town centre, 15 minutes from the University Park campus. We have dedicated flats for our returner community, you can book a room and live with other returners, or apply with friends to share a flat. And on-top of that, we have returner discounts available.

Cloister House is an excellent self-catering student accommodation just a short walk to the University Park Campus and the Queens Medical Centre, Cloister offers Standard Bedrooms with a shared kitchen and bathrooms exclusively to Postgraduate students.

University Houses – self catered

Conveniently located in Dunkirk and on University Park for both University Park and Jubilee Campus, and College Road for Sutton Bonington campus.

University Houses owned and managed properties range from 3 or 4 bedroomed to one 5 bedroomed house for groups of 3, 4 & 5 students to share, with shared bathroom and kitchen facilities. These  propertiesoffer the opportunity for students to enjoy a bit more independence, whilst having the support of the Estates Maintenance Helpdesk.

Dunkirk:

  • 11 month contract as standard.
  • Rent includes water and a generous allowance for gas and electricity.

Sutton Bonington:

  • 10 month contract as standard.
  • Rent incudes water, UoN Network wifi and a generous allowance for gas and electricity.
