Whether you are a commuter student needing a base for a few days, preparing for exams, or simply wanting to experience student life on campus, our catered accommodation at University Park offers a comfortable, flexible solution.

Flexible Short Stays

Our short stay accommodation is designed for students who need a convenient, comfortable place to stay for a few days or weeks.

  • Minimum stay: 3 nights
  • Available: During the academic year only

Pricing

Pricing 2025/26
 Length of stay Nightly Rate
 3-10 Nights  £45 per night
 11-28 Nights  £40 per night

 

For stays longer than 28 nights, please contact Accommodation Services via live chat to discuss available options and rates.

Key Collection

Keys can be collected Monday to Friday, 2pm–8pm. Full instructions will be included in your booking confirmation.

If you need to arrive outside these hours, please contact us in advance to arrange alternative collection.

Terms and Conditions

  • Available to current, registered students at the University of Nottingham only.
  • Minimum stay of 3 nights.
  • Bookings are subject to confirmation by Accommodation Services.
  • Check-in times: 2pm–8pm on weekdays (out-of-hours arrivals must be by prior agreement only).
  • Check-out times: by 10am on date of departure.
  • Bedding and towels are provided.
  • Meals are included (breakfast and dinner Mon-Fri and brunch and dinner on weekends).
