Dress code
This is a ceremonial event so we expect you and your guests to follow a formal dress code. If you are graduating you will also be required to wear a gown, hood and hat, which you may want to secure with hair grips.
Live stream
There will be a live stream of the ceremonies which will take place in the theatre in East Midlands Conference Centre, approximately a five-minute walk from the main Graduation hall. This is not ticketed and is free for any guests without a ticket for the ceremony hall.
The ceremonies will also be broadcast online through a live stream.
In addition to the live stream, your ceremony will be filmed, capturing your big moment. Available in a range of formats, digital download, via a downloadable link, or DVD. Copies of your ceremony are available to pre-order now or on the day from the post ceremony marquee.
