Contract

31 weeks a year, excluding vacation periods.* Once you have moved in you are liable to pay for the duration of your licence period.

*You are required to move out of your room during vacation periods. There is limited storage in some halls where you can store your belongings for free, but priority is given to international students. To store your things in your room over the Christmas and Easter vacations, you can pay £5 a night. Further information on booking Storage in your room will be sent after A Level results. If you need to stay in your room for these times, you will have to pay £15 per night, and meals are not included. You will need to indicate at the time of applying if you would prefer a room where Extended Stay is permitted.

Room types
Every room comes equipped with a bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, bookshelves, noticeboard, fridge, desk lamp, personal door lock, coat hooks, mirror, and power sockets.
Please note: fees are for 2012/13 and include all bills - heating, electricity and water bills, Junior Common Room (JCR) committee membership, personal contents insurance, Student Network Service (SNS) access and 19 meals per week during term-time.

In addition to the above standard student room tyes we also offer a limited number of flat options within Halls on University Park, these are also offered on a 31 week termly fully catered licence basis:

Studio flat: Bedroom with additional kitchen/living area and a separate en-suite bathroom.
