Nottingham Two is situated adjacent Deakins Place, forming Student Roost's Nottingham Student Quarter. It is a five-minute walk to the Jubilee Campus, close to the city centre and Lenton. The property is made up of a mix of en-suites, which share a kitchen and living area with two to four other students, and self-contained studios which offer a private kitchen and living area. All residents have access to Deakins Place gym and a common room which features study pods and games tables.

What security is provided on the self-catered sites?

With 24-hour security and secure sites we make sure your environment is safe and secure.

Is bedding provided in the self-catered sites?

You will need to bring your own bedding and covers or pre order a bedding pack with your provider.

How much is parking at Nottingham Two?

Annual charges for unsecured parking are £150.00 and for secured parking £350.00.  There is a £50 deposit required at the time of booking and the remainder should be paid by 1 August 2022.  Spaces are limited.

How often are communal areas cleaned at Deakins Place, Nottingham Two and Hydrogen?

Communal areas are cleaned daily, this excludes shared kitchens in flats. 

Important Information

Contract details

To finalise your offer, you will be required to read and accept a licence/tenancy agreement and terms and conditions from your accommodation provider Student Roost.

We highly recommend that you read this along with a parent, guardian, carer, or school representative, as this is a legally binding document.

You will be accepting liability for the full tenancy length of 44 weeks for undergraduates, or 51 weeks for postgraduates, including vacation periods.

A £250 deposit is required to secure your booking, this will be refundable after the end of your tenancy as long as you have no additional charges on your room.  Student Roost offer annual, monthly or termly payment plans.  If you have any questions regarding your payment plans you will be able to discuss arrangements direct with Student Roost.

Payment information

The deadline for term one payment and damage deposits will be detailed in your accommodation offer and is due before your contract starts. If you will require a payment plan, are dependant upon Student Loan Funding, or have not secured your visa, you will be able to discuss arrangements direct with your accommodation provider Student Roost.

Student Route visa applications

Students who are reliant upon securing a Student route visa should not make any payment for their accommodation until the visa has been granted. If a visa has not been secured by the first payment date, please contact your provider Student Roost to request a deferred payment date. Damage deposits required to secure your accommodation will still need to be paid.
