The Cultural Ribbon is a cultural hub + square complex composed in Liverpool waterfront.

Lefeng Li graduated from University of Nottingham Ningbo China in 2024. During the undergraduate period, he has successively practiced in the branch of Huahui Construction Group and HYP-ARCH Design. Then he came to the University of Nottingham to study for a master's degree. He is interested in the renovation of existing buildings, and hope to continue his passion in his future career.

Cultural Hub and Square - Liverpool

The Cultural Ribbon is a cultural hub + square complex composed in Liverpool waterfront. The whole building complex is composed of a cultural hub, a cultural square and a market. The design emphasizes the vertical spaces, which is an attempt to optimize the circulation of high density buildings and vertical space in the future city. The vertical spaces in the cultural hub building formed of varies boxes, and connected with attractive red ramps, whose color are extracted from the Liverpool red to convey the respect of Liverpool culture. The design can represent Cultural Hub + Square studio, because it align with the studio spirit which committed to provide vision and strategy for cultural-led regeneration.
