*Renewing your membership

When you login to renew a membership for 2022/23, please select 'change' instead of 'renew' from the left hand side menu under 'Membership Details'.

Receiving a 'Single Sign-On Validation Error' error message

Please click below to reset your password (this must be the email in which you registered when initially joining UoN Sport).

Reset your password

You shall receive a reset confirmation from Legend Leisure Services. Once this is received, please click here to login with your new password.

If you are receiving a single sign-on validation error please ensure you have completed the following:

  • Activated an IT account.
  • Completed online registration
  • Have a UK term time address
  • Uploaded a photo and your University card number has been generated
  • Waited at least 72 hours from the time of joining.

If you need to complete one of the above or have completed all of the steps, please contact the IT Services on 0115 9516677 or alternatively log a support call here.

If you are studying one of the below subjects, please contact a sports centre of your choice to register for UoN sport and fitness membership, as it won't be available to purchase online.

  • BSc Midwifery top up (LBR)
  • BSC Health Care Studies (LBR)

Please purchase and renew your membership via telephone. To book courts and classes online, please email sport@nottingham.ac.uk who will be able to activate online booking for you.

Friends and family members cannot purchase a membership online and will need to visit one of our sports centres to enroll.

 

A UK bank account is required to purchase a UoN student sport and fitness membership.

If you have an international bank account you can purchase a UoN Sport membership by completing this online form and arranging a visit to come into centre to purchase in person. Please do not visit the sports centres to purchase without a pre-booking appointment.

You may notice some changes when making a payment on-line, this is due to new government legislation called ‘Strong Customer Authentication’. SCA aims to make online payments more secure for users and to reduce fraud.

If you experience issues on-line, we recommend trying another card provider or a digital wallet, alternatively payments can be made in centre or over the phone (0115) 748 7000
