Groups and workshops

The specialist study support offered by Accessibility is designed to complement the support and advice that departments provide throughout your course. Please do check what is on offer in your School too. 

ADHD Support Group

This a newly formed group run by Caroline Kordecki, Study Support Tutor in the Accessibility Team.  The group is run for students who either have a diagnosis, or recognise ADHD characteristics within themselves.

Sessions have been designed to cover:

  • Typical characteristics
  • Attention and impulsivity
  • Maintaining and switching focus (memory)
  • Sleep, organisation and time management
  • Anxiety and depression
