- Our libraries are here to support you, so whether you're an early riser or a night owl you'll find a 24/7 library on each campus to study at a time that suits you. George Green Library, James Cameron-Gifford and Djanogly LRC are open 24/7 from Monday 4 November until Thursday 12 December.

- From Monday 21 October you will need your university card to access libraries. If you forget your card you can use the MyNottingham app, simply show staff your username via the username tile to gain entry.

What if I forget my card?
- Hot food should be eaten in the cafe area of the library only.
- Please don't leave your belongings unattended, keep them with you at all times.
- Smoking and vaping is prohibited in all university buildings, including libraries.
- University policy prohibits bicycles and scooters being brought into all buildings, including libraries.

What's available in the library?
Facilities and study space

The following services are available in the library:
- Assistive technology rooms - these rooms can be booked by students eligible for Enhanced Library Support
- Book returns box - return books to the 24/7 book box outside
- Cafe and vending machines - Available on lower A floor
- Water cooler - C Floor
- Click and Collect
- Device charging lockers - visit the lockers on A floor
- Enhanced Support Rooms - these rooms can be booked by students eligible for Enhanced Library Support
- Games zone - puzzles, games and crafts for you to take a break on your own or with friends
- Headphones (with microphone) - available to borrow for up to three hours. Please ask Library staff at the help desk.
- Help desk - Library staff are available to help with any queries
- Laptop loans - for up to 24 hours, visit the lockers on A floor - make sure to login before taking home
- Leisure reading collection - selection of leisure reading titles for you to read in the library or borrow
- Kitchenette - Microwave, sink and cold/hot taps, available on lower A floor
- Print, copy and scan
- Self-service machines - borrow and return books, pay fines using a credit/debit card
- Short stay PCs
- Study spaces and rooms (with and without PCs) - book in advance or walk-in
- Toilets

- Prayer rooms - The nearest Prayer rooms can be found in the Portland Building. Visit the Chaplaincy website for more information.

Health and wellbeing
A Healthy U wellbeing notice board is available in the library (opposite the self-service machines). This includes information about support services at the university.
You will also find a calm space next to the library entrance (opposite Mathematical Sciences). This space has soft furnishings, calming colours, crafts and wellbeing resources.
