Our diverse range of exercise classes are experiences, created, and developed by some of the leaders in the fitness industry. Members can take advantage of our signature LES MILLS class programme or enjoy the variety of HIIT, Tone, Speciality or Mind and Body classes.

Strengthen your core, sculpt lean muscle, and increase flexibility with our on-site classes held at across our three sports centres; David Ross Sports Village, Jubilee Sports Centre and Sutton Bonington Sport Centre.

A short and sharp class focusing on strengthening and toning your stomach muscles. The class is short enough to fit in the busiest of schedules.

Aqua Fit

Low impact water-based exercise - increases heart rate and help tone your body.

Body Conditioning

Incorporates resistance and weights to work on your strength and tone, as well as aerobic exercises to develop and improve cardiovascular fitness to give you a great total body workout.

Bootcamp

A fun, varied, and engaging outdoor class using modern equipment, and your own bodyweight, to improve your muscular and cardiovascular endurance.

Box Fit

Cardio and muscular endurance workout that combines boxing with circuit training.

Core & Flex

Build your core, flexibility and strength while improving health and posture. 

Fitness Pilates
Functional Circuits

Innovative class using a variety of modern training equipment including TRX, Kettlebells and Battle Ropes.

HIIT

Uplifting class combines high-intensity movement with short periods of recovery.

HIITSTEP

A high energy exercise class using only bodyweight and a step that pushes you to new limits. Burn up to 400 calories during a HIITSTEP class and improve power, speed, co-ordination, agility and endurance.

HYROX

As an official HYROX Training Club, from October 2025 we will offer bespoke fitness classes that include eight functional workout stations, that test strength, endurance, and coordination.

Indoor Cycling

The ultimate cardiovascular workout on a bike working to motivational music that helps to improve fitness and endurance. Unite with fellow riders to achieve team goals based on bike data displayed in real time on a large screen using the state-of-the-art Connect® technology.

Les Mills Body Attack™

A sports-inspired cardio workout incorporating interval training and aerobic movements.

Les Mills Body Balance™

A flowing combination of Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi that will leave you feeling energised.

Les Mills Body Combat™

A high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 740 calories in a class. 

Les Mills Body Pump™

The world's most popular weights class. A total body workout, set to great music.

Les Mills Pilates™

A mind-body workout focusing on slow, simple movements to tone your abs, glutes, back, and hips. Designed to improve strength, mobility and leave you feeling happy and calm.

Les Mills Shapes™

Les Mills Shapes™ is a sports-inspired cardio workout incorporating interval training and aerobic movements.

Legs, Bums and Tums

A fun combination of aerobic, body weight and resistance training to help tighten up those stubborn areas.

LIFT

A structured group weight training class deigned to sculpt and strengthen your body, whilst educating you on correct lifting techniques to build confidence in your ability to train alone in our fitness suites. This class is supervised by one of our qualified fitness instructors who will be on hand to help and motivate you throughout.

Low Impact Circuits

This low impact workout is for members who want a class that improves fitness and muscle tone whilst being easy on the joints.

Low Sensory Pilates

Pilates concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on your posture, balance, and flexibility. Suitable for members with hidden disabilities and additional needs, in this class we dim the lights where safe to do so and avoid any public announcements.

Low Sensory Yoga

Practice the traditional art of yoga to relax your mind, body and spirit. Suitable for members with hidden disabilities and additional needs, in this class we dim the lights where safe to do so and avoid any public announcements.

Pilates

Non-impact exercises designed to develop strength, flexibility, balance and inner awareness.

Our studio, instructors and Balanced Body® equipment are here to help you thrive no matter what your goals are; escaping for an hour, trying something new, working on your fitness or joining a community. SWEAT

A dynamic workout combining cardiovascular and muscular endurance to improve your fitness levels and make you do exactly as the class name suggests!

Tai Chi

Originated as an ancient martial art in China. Tai Chi is a practice that involves a series of slow gentle movements and physical postures, a meditative state of mind, and controlled breathing.

Yoga-Fitness

A challenging mix of yoga poses that will target every area of your body. A combination of deep stretches and a blissful savasana.

Yoga-Hatha

A mix of gentle yoga poses without any flow between them. You will leave the class feeling longer, looser and more relaxed.

Yoga-Power Flow

Step up your vinyasa practice with this more challenging flow. Bring a towel and prepare to sweat your way through more advanced sun salutations (with some inversions thrown in for good measure).

Yoga-Vinyasa flow

Link your breath to your movements with a flow designed to build heat, endurance, flexibility and strength.

Zumba™

A fusion of dance moves that creates a dynamic and exciting workout.

Abs Blast
