What is Gait Analysis?

Gait Analysis is the study of your individual, natural motion results from this can highlight issues of high pressure or stress.

Our ability to use gait analysis alongside physiotherapy/sport rehabilitation, allows us to not only assess foot contact and identify any potential issues in your feet/ankle, but it can help to understand the impact further up the body, such as around the knees, hips, backs.

Whether you are an elite athlete, recreational sports participant, weekend walker or work on your feet, the designed insoles can help your feet to adopt the correct foot motion, improve your movement efficiency and minimize your risk of injury.

How can Gait Analysis benefit you?

From the gait analysis, we can tailor our treatment and exercises to best suit the problem. Exercises will be tailored to you as an individual and the underlying issue causing the symptoms. Overall, helping normalise load through your foot and improve your movement efficiency, decreasing your risk of injury.

We also have the ability to send off for individually designed insoles that are made based on you analysis. These insoles are 3D printed which offers: Superior Stability, Optimal Efficiency, Extreme Durability, Sport Specific, Shoe Type Specific, Minimal Bulk and Lightweight.
