10-10:15 Amino Acid Analysis by HPLC and Fatty Acid analysis by GC(Dongfang Li), Gateway Building

10:15-10:30 Elemental analysis by ICPMS (Saul Vazquezreina) Gateway Building

10:30-10:45 Walk over to BABS building and Brief introduction of the LCMSMS and GCMS (Dongfang Li)

10:45-11:00  Dionex and its application, and take over to the Food Science (Kirsty  Jewell)

 11:00 - 12:00 Food Science Building.

11-11.15 on Atmospheric Pressure Chemical Ionisation - Mass Spectrometry (APCI) > Analysis of aroma release in real time as food and drinks are consumed.

11.15-11.30 Gas Chromatography – Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS) > Volatile analysis using different sampling techniques.

11.30 - 12:00 TBC
