What you need to know

You may register with the University of Nottingham Health Service (UNHS) if you are a:

• student on a course of a minimum of three months at The University of Nottingham living within our catchment area (see map opposite)
• member of staff on a contract of at least six months and you live within our catchment area
• spouse, child or dependent of students and staff (as above)

Registrations are also taking place at the health centre on Monday – Friday of week one from 9:00-16:30 hrs

We strongly recommend all students register with Health Centre while studying at the University.

If you’re able to please print and complete the registration form and medical questionnaire and bring them with you  – this will help speed things up when you come to register.
