What you need to know

We have over 70 sports clubs you can join, from Aikido to Windsurfing. Clubs compete against other Universities, but many have fun sessions perfect for beginners as well.

Our intramural sports leagues and tournaments take place on campus, so you can join a hall or society team or get a group of friends together to play. Sports include football, netball and volleyball

If you want to play for fun, our Engage programme has over 20 beginner and social sessions to choose from. It’s just £3 a session or free for sports and fitness members.

We offer bespoke support for students with a disability with lots of inclusive sports and sessions to take up.

You can develop your employability skills through sport by volunteering with our Leadership Academy.
